  1. Public Hearing – A request to voluntarily annex 96.15 acres (3 parcels) located on Elk Mountain Scenic Hwy. and Mundy Cove Rd. identified in the Buncombe County tax record as PINs 9751-97-3287, 3475, and 5245 - Shannon Tuch
  2. Public Hearing – A request to conditionally rezone 197.40 acres located off Mundy Cove Road and Elk Mountain Scenic Highway from Open Use (Buncombe County) and R43-CZ to Community Shopping 2 - Conditional Zone (CS2-CZ). The properties are identified as PINs 9751-97-5245, 9751-97-3475, 9751-97-3287, and 9761-06-4543 in the Buncombe County tax record. The property owners are Niraamaya LLC and Deva Bhumi LLC and the project contact is Rob Dull – Ricky Hurley
  3. Public Hearing – A request to conditionally rezone 6.82 acres located at 99999 Reynolds Mountain Blvd from Community Shopping (CS) to Community Shopping 2 - Conditional Zone (CS2-CZ). The property is identified in the Buncombe County tax record as PIN 9730-79-0585. The property owner is Laji Properties, and the project contacts are Kristi Neznanski/Hawthorn Devco LLC – Ricky Hurley
  4. Appointment of volunteers to the Planning Board of Adjustment – Staff Report-Shannon Tuch.

H.  Executive Session – The Board of Commissioners may adjourn to private chambers to discuss legal, personnel, contractual or similar matters protected by the NCGS 143-318.11.
